A remote control specifically designed for hot water heating systems uses the IRS infrared system to control the fan unit of a water-filled radiator.

Two physically identical remote control units exist but do not control the same systems.

  • Part number 894680 is for the infrared blower unit for hot water radiators (Regate Twist Air, Roda Air and CALA Air ranges)
  • Part number 894690 is used to control electric radiators, with or without an infrared fan unit.

The ACOVA brand belongs to the ZEHNDER Group, which may market these products under various brands it owns (‘No Name’, ‘Zehnder’, ‘Acova’, etc.), or UNBRANDED where they are compatible with multiple brands.
