The AUV universal pump is available for B 10 applications (heating oil/10% biofuel blends as defined in DIN V 51603-6 ). In particular, for the fuel oil burner requiring repair in a customer home.
Two models, identified by the letter ‘V’, featuring Vitton O-rings, a pressure regulator and a specific shaft gasket have been developed:
- AUV 47 L 9857 6P 0700
- AUV 47 R 9856 6P 0700
These two models, which can be identified by their green markings, can be used for all applications:
- Kerosene
- Domestic fuel
- B10
They replace the following oil pump models:
- AU 47 L 9851 6P 0500,
- AUV 47L 9857 6P
The SUNTEC AUV 47 L 9877 6P 0700 replacement pump consists of a solenoid valve for the fuel shut-off function. This single-stage fuel oil pump operates at a maximum pressure of 25 bar.

SUNTEC would like to remind its customers about the use of worn couplings with splined shafts.
To ensure the motor can drive the pump suitably, SUNTEC recommends replacing the coupling
if it shows signs of wear (see code 601033)
